Rudy Giuliani's Lawyer Releases a Statement Regarding the Events of April 28th

Rudy Giuliani's lawyer has released the following statement:

The Biden department of justice has completely ignored clear evidence (which the FBI has had for over a year) in texts and emails on Hunter Biden’s hard drive of failing to register numerous times as a foreign agent, child pornography, money laundering, and 30 years of the Biden Crime family taking millions and millions in bribes to sell his public offices.

Instead, the Justice Department decided it was a higher priority to serve (at dawn) search warrants for electronics at the home and law office of former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.

The search warrants involve only one indication of an alleged incident of failure to register as a foreign agent. Mayor Giuliani has not only denied this allegation, but offered twice in the past two years through his attorney Bob Costello to demonstrate that it is entirely untrue. Twice the offer was rejected by the SDNY by stating that while they were willing to listen to anything Mr. Costello had to say, they would not tell Mr. Giuliani or Mr. Costello, the subject matter they wanted him to address.

On Rudy Giuliani's Facebook page, Rudy also claims:

he DOJ in late 2019 covertly obtained access to my iCloud and never notified me.
They invaded the attorney-client relationship as we were defending against the phony impeachment.
These prosecutors violated the laws, not me.
If again, nothing is done, you could be next.

Makes it look like there are a lot of powerful Obama era peeps still in place. Donny's DOJ didn't seem to do anything.

Now is that cuz there was nothing to find or a coverup?????

So, his cloud was monitored when Barr was in charge, his son is going on TV to claim they didn't gather Hunter's hard drives from the apartment when they raided, yet Rudy claims they've had them for a year, and if they had warrants for electronics wouldn't they take everything, or did he have the Hunter hard drives with a big label stating "Hunter's Hard Drives!!"?

Also why would one potential crime negate his own crime? I believe he's gonna sing like a bird.

Wasn't Rudy going to release the hard drive info like a year ago? I know ATS had a lot of posts about what was supposed to be on there and that Rudy had it all and would release it.

Read carefully. It says the FBI has had the hunter biden info for over a year. Also if the Trump administration directed the DOJ to obtain the hunter evidence which the FBI was holding onto tightly then Trump would have been seen as doing what Obama did...investigating his opponents. Kind of a catch 22 there I guess.

Other than that if what I have said is not the case then I agree with you, why the f**k hasn't there been anything done with the hunter evidence? Most likely it is the FBI that is not cooperating with the DOJ. That seems to be the most logical conclusion.

If not then why hasn't anything come of it? We know it is the FBI that has it. lots of damning stuff has already been leaked from that laptop and we know that's just the tip of the iceberg. The FBI is stalling for the bidens it seems.

It's rather telling how many accusations were made before Trump became president, and how few prosecution there were after he saw sworn into office.

More of Trump's associates went to jail than Clinton's. And yet the Clinton's are supposed to be linked to a trail of bodies.

As the FBI, you could go after someone like Hillary, and spend millions on lawyer fees. Or you can tell someone like Hillary, we can save you hours and millions in lawyer fees. And preserve your public image if you just do us a little favor. And this all goes away.

According to Giuliani himself, he is still in possession of the laptop. So if there's bombshell information on there why isn't he doing anything with it?

He claims that when he offered it to the FBI during the raid they didn't want it. If that's the case why isn't he releasing the information to the media? I know he allegedly gave files to the New York Post but the provenance of those files was so murky the author on the article refused to put his name on it.

I also remember, I believe, Tucker Carlson saying that he was going to be receiving the files and he was going to reveal them on his show only to then backtrack those claims the next day.

If Giuliani has been sitting on this cache that proves Hunter's culpability in crimes, why has he done absolutely nothing with it for a year?

Oh yeah! Wasn't that the whole Tucker snail mailed the documents or proof or something and they were supposedly stolen but then turned up and then Tucker claimed they should stop attacking Hunter? That was just weird. The whole guy in small repair shop gets Hunter's abandoned lap top thing was strange. It's possible the FBI found that the whole thing was planted stolen cloud info and Rudy's gonna get some heat from that as well.

I did read this morning that two people affiliated with Rudy have been informants and recording conversations. Should be interesting.

Make sure you get the whole story right. A guy at a Delaware computer repair shop has someone who claims to be Hunter Biden drop off a computer. But the guy's vision is so bad he can't actually see what the person looks like. Then when he sees what's on the laptop he gives it to Rudy Giuliani, who is in New York, instead of turning it over to authorities.

I'm amazed that people take such a hole-filled story as gospel.

The FBI took possession of a laptop that is purported to belong to Hunter Biden. Investigators subpoenaed the laptop in 2019 from a computer shop in Delaware, CNN previously reported.

A law enforcement source has told CNN that the assumption is that it is Hunter Biden's laptop. But the FBI is still working through the content and the integrity of what is on it, because it was not in Hunter Biden's sole possession the whole time before it was handed over to the FBI.
