1A will fade

1A doesn't apply for the same reasons it doesn't apply here. Private property, not a public space.

and 2A will fade.

Hyperbole, nothing will happen with 2A

Are you just as happy that Twitter banned Trump's supporters?

Apparently Don Jr is quite upset. He tweeted and named many dictators have accounts but not his dad. I understand what he meant, but the hilarity has ensued with the comparison.

Sure, if they are spouting the same inciteful nonsense. Anyone who promotes violence should be banned from twitter and frankly, anywhere ekse.

Would you like it just as much if ATS banned all Trump supporters here?

This is an interesting point. And I agree there seems to be a double standard.

I wonder if this applies to individuals that knowingly break the rules of the business establishments' terms.
Like for example, if a regular, long-time customer at a restaurant walks in one day with NO shirt nor shoes. But the business has the old sign on the door 'no shirt, no shoes, no service.' Does that restaurant have the right to ban that long-time customer for not complying?

Because to me, that's what has happened here. Am I wrong? (I certainly could be, I admit)

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey knows that information about his 300 million dollar payoffs for fixing the election results, are about to be revealed.

It's too bad he does not understand that Twitter is not the only game in town.

I tried to delete my Twitter account and this is the popped up...

I missed all the leftists getting banned from twitter this summer while they proudly supported violent riots and burning of cities across America.

Hmm. Well, his dad is pretty close to a number of those dictators. Maybe they'll let him tweet from their account.
He's got 12 more days to return the favor somehow.

I agree. If they were dumb enough to tell social media that they were leftist and causing violence directly against anyone at all, they should be.

This is the left declaring a putsch.

When did "Freedom of Speech" become "Freedom of Speech that I approve of"? Private company blah blah blah...Freedom of speech is the American way... Even if the speech is seen as ugly or hurtful by many.

The whole, "free speech" was originally designed to protect hateful speech.

It still does, it just doesn't protect Conservative speech. I forget, was Madonna ever banned for dreaming about blowing up the White House? Or Depp for asking if an actor ever assassinated a sitting president?

Had to make sure they could steal the Senate, too, before starting the breakdown of the Constitution.

The stealing bit is really getting old and tired.

You lost and Trump has been un-Twittered.

Also heard he’s on his way to Camp David, hmmm.

Your lies about the election not being blatantly stolen has been old and tired.

"Why don't people understand the Constitution compels private companies to have to do business with everyone, even against that private companies wishes, regardless of the circumstances!?"

That's the argument that people have??

Did it say why?

Here's one from an acquaintance yesterday.(a police officer)

His post got deleted because he showed a screen cap saying "wish you were near Minneapolis where BLM can douse you in gas and set you on fire like they should to every cop" by a disgruntled IG user. So he reported it, and instead of removing the offenders post... they removed his and gave anti bullying speech.
