The fact that you think there's a difference is your problem.

Is this sort of personal abuse and insulting behaviour in breach of this site's T&C's?

If any disenfranchisement occurred, it was a direct result of the PA legislature violating their own Constitution, and the PA Supreme Court violating the Federal Constitution.

The word 'If' is doing all the lifting in your assertion.

Even 'IF' the procedure is declared unconstitutional AFTER the election, IT WILL NOT invalidate the results of THIS election. Everybody in the State voted under the same set of 'no excuse required' rules that were known and in effect for more than 12 months. Those voters will NOT be disenfranchised just because GOP, who put the rule into effect in order to skew the results to themselves (absentees historically favor Republican candidates) as well as reducing the number of in-person polling places, got gazumped by Trump's incompetent handling of the pandemic.

The extra time that they originally gave for mail to arrive is a different matter, but of lesser consequence. Because of Trump's lackey's attempt to subvert the Postal Service it wasn't clear that the USPS could actually meet the deadlines they have, in the past, manage to meet with no problems. So PA decided to allow an extra 3 days for the mail to arrive. That extra buffer is in doubt - and this puts something like 100 ballots in doubt. It needs to be worked out for future elections, I suppose, but those 100 ballots aren't going to make a difference to the result one way or another - in any race in the State. And there is just no way that they invalidate all the other ballots, mail-in or in-person.

Heartiest congratulations to the OP, who called it right all the way to the finish line.

Not sure what to say to his opponents. It's pretty clear they will never abandon their delusions.

I'm sure you're going to hear how someone else will repackage this twice-denied petition and resubmit to the Court because this time, really, for serious, they'll take it.

Anything about the topic you want to cover? How about the Supreme Court and the 'fraud' stuff? How'd that work out?

Nice deflection. I proved you completely and totally wrong on all points - and all you can do is try to gloat - even though there is nothing to gloat over.

It's ok... you'll be able to go back to a nice, comfortable life of total obscurity and abject misery and isolation soon enough. Enjoy the basking glow of attention while you can.

Of the comment in question? Yeppers.

I already admitted I was wrong about this one case being accepted, and after some reflection, figured out why I was wrong.

Maybe you should try it tome time.

Maybe when I'm wrong about these cases I will. But so far, batting 1.000.

About the TX case? Yep, already admitted it, and noted where I went wrong.

But, it still isn't over. 1/20/21 is still weeks away.
