Deleted Forbes article from 2010 - Why The WHO Faked A Pandemic

This article from Forbes has since been deleted but has been archived.
It goes into why the Swine Flu 'pandemic' was not a pandemic - numbers were exaggerated and not many died.
The bit that caught my attention was this segment:

In a September speech WHO Director-General Chan said "ministers of health" should take advantage of the "devastating impact" swine flu will have on poorer nations to get out the message that "changes in the functioning of the global economy" are needed to "distribute wealth on the basis of" values "like community, solidarity, equity and social justice." She further declared it should be used as a weapon against "international policies and systems that govern financial markets, economies, commerce, trade and foreign affairs."

# the WHO. Honest question to everyone here who reads this. Did you vote for anyone in the WHO? Do you know anyone who voted for anyone in the WHO? Do you live in a Democratic country with elections?

Why the # does anyone give a # about anything the WHO says? They're a UN organization full of people nobody elected that believe they can tell countries what to do.

They've been caught time and time again in a bunch of health related scandals.
