White text with red BORDER and Blue replaced by dark... IBM Blue supercomputers?

ETA - look at the picture behind... it shows a CLENCHED FIST against his chest rather than a flat palm.

The quote marks look to have a spurious space. Two ellipse instead of three. "I" is missing and most of "T". The framing really looks like "Freedom is won."
