I actually have a question about this. As I have stated, I don't really like the rules allowing for multiple entries by one member, so my questions is as follows, just for the sake of curiosity:

If only one entry can win, does that mean all placing? For instance, suppose one has two entries, and after scoring one entry has enough to be first place and the second enough to be second place, respectively. Is first place only awarded, or does member get both first and second place?

Only the highest scored entry would qualify. The other story loses all rights to win, place or show.

I've been paying kids to steal others' stars and flags and give them to myself.

Of course, a quarter doesn't motivate kids much very good these days.
