When saying he did not address collusion at all.

He did, quite specifically, say that the report does not address collusion.

It was reported last week that Prosecutor/Investigator John Durham has empaneled a Grand Jury, and has issued several subpoenas. It's likely that criminal charges will soon be brought against those who planned, and committed an array of criminal "Spygate" activities

But I wouldn't hold my breath or anything.

Investigative reports never conclude innocence. Only whether facts can be established.
