Ok it was me. But I did it for my sanity,

I checked Amazon for Scott toilet paper (basic cheap single-ply toilet paper) and someone was charging $45 for packs of 4 rolls... That's like $11 PER ROLL of cheap single-ply toilet paper.

Someone had literally torn the door off a porta-potty, and stolen the TP.

I was at Food Lion today and noticed the toilet paper section was empty, yet the paper towel section was half full at least. This # doesn't get restocked at all the local stores when I get paid monday? I'm legit buying paper towels to wipe my ass. No shame to be had fam.

Who cares if it's soft or not? The paper towels absorb better anyway and my bowel movements can tend to be on the wet side because I drink alot of water and don't always eat enough fiber.

No irritation to be had though. Know why? A loose stool isn't diarrhea. Diarrhea is repeated loose stools.

There is nothing wrong with stocking up more than you need.
There is a problem when people buy out shelves worth of products
and then sell them online for major bucks.I believe in prepping
for your families,not gouging the population.

didn't have glossy's when i was a kid used to ter it in strips and hung it on a nail if you scrunched it up it made it a bit softer

Viva paper towels would probably work well, they're non textured, soft but strong.

Don’t flush those paper towels down the toilet when you’re through; they don’t break up and “dissolve” like TP.

Before you know it, you’ll have a nice big clog in your septic line, a “hazardous waste site” in your bathroom, and mind “bog”-gling bill from the plumber.

didnt hang around it was all ways cold we shared a back yard with 2 toilets init real stink when your a kid mind you if you put the misses on a ration say 2 strips it will last longer

I grew up with outhouses .

I also shared a 12 ft.² commode with five guys on a shrimp boat for three weeks when I was in my 20s . 🤢

I have said it elsewhere...but you know that one particular thread of mine that has maps of the progress of certain ideas that not all people would agree with?

I pointed out that the Governor of Ohio has absolutely zero plans to do door to door confiscations of TP in those green counties. Red counties...sorry about your luck but you chose...poorly.
