Pay more attention to what people do than what they say.

There's more idiocy on the internet than there is wisdom.

I make a lot of chicken soup for the kids and grandkids, they love lots of noodles in the chicken soup and there are big chunks of chicken and plenty of veggies in the soup that a person can use a fork with.

"This one, a long time have I watched.
All his life as he looked away, to the future, to the horizon.
NEVER HIS MIND ON WHERE HE WAS...
Hm? What he was doing!...hm.
Adventure, peh...excitement...
A Jedi craves not these things!
YOU ARE RECKLESS!"

- Yoda,
Jedi Master

Sorry I thought this was the place for this.

1. Try to help someone, somewhere every day, no matter how small.
2. Try to learn 1 small thing each day.
3. Try to not be hard on myself when I fail.

One day a wise Cherokee father was talking to one of his son about a battle that goes on inside of people. He said, "My friend, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all.

One wolf is evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other wolf is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith."

His son thought about it for a minute and then asked his father, "Which wolf wins?"

His father replied, "The one you feed."

Ever heard someone say that person has a good vibe/bad vibe about them? This is because it's based on scientific evidence. Humans resonate at frequencies that radiate around our entire bodies at roughly an arm's width.
Trust your intuition it's always right and move the heck away from them before ' it rubs off on you'.

Admit nothing. Deny everything. Demand proof.

That mantra had served me well for six decades
