That is a bunch of lies. It was the Chinese who built it. It got bomb back to stone age during WW2 and had to be rebuilt with modern infrastructure by the population of chinese people. All the west did was tried to build churches and convert people to Christianity.

Yeah this can get really ugly, and there's nothing anyone can do about it I fear. Appart from complaining in the handicapped UN.
But it's probably the last thing China wants to do against one of the biggest financial centras in the world. But on can never be sure when dealing with "People's democratic dictatorship"
