Immigration and race sadly plays a large part. When you've various factions fighting turf wars for control of the drugs & prostitution.

Where I live there were numerous stabbings this last week-end with the Kurds fighting the Pakistanis, the Jamaicans fighting them both....the Romanians & Albanians fighting anyone they can....all over who runs what. In Bradford years ago the West Indians ran the drugs & prostitutes, then they got ousted by the Pakistanis and now with the Kurds and Romanians in the mix its constant battling.

God forbid anyone should actually work for a living!
