There's your starting point, synositize away.

This may surprse you, but if everyone went off and wrote up his or her own synopses, submitted them, and we compared each, they would all have a different take on who or what Q is, what Q represents, the validity of the information, etc. It's like asking, "What is happines?"

I'm not sure what your frustration issues are, but you need to let go a little and enjoy the ride. Life's too short to be a grump all day.

Q is already important, to many. Even if Q was a Ted Kazinski type sitting in a basement for years just researching until the drops launched, Q has become important now.

Looks like two major periods of construction, one between 2003 and 2004 and the next sometime between 2004 and 2010; there is no imagery between 2004 and 2010, so a more specific date cannot be established.
