I know, but here is the thing. States like California have shown that they are willing to break the laws of the U.S. They are willing to allow illegals and non-citizens to vote in our Presidential elections. These continuous attempts by the left to use illegal tactics are having an effect in our elections in which millions of illegals, non-citizens, dead people, etc are voting "democrat." So what do we do to make these states abide by the law?

Charge, arrest and prosecute them under existing state and federal laws.

That's almost impossible for it to happen. Democrats, which seems to be the party of corruption, have on their side one of the richest man in the world, not to mention the Liberal judges in the minor courts. For these cases to reach the supreme court, it first has to go through the minor courts, and the left won't let that happen. Or at least they will try. Until then, the democrats will continue to use every dirty tactic they can muster to try to win and take away the votes from U.S. citizens.

Depending on what you mean by minor courts -

Since the bulk of this would deal with federal law, the federal courts can get first crack at it. The federal district judge would have to come up with a reason to throw the case out and given the evidence that wont happen. Democrats would have to make a decision.

Who among the Democrats will fall on their sword and accept a guilty verdict / take a plea deal solely to keep this court action from making its way to scotus?

At the state level, at least in California, a state judge already ruled the states sanctuary law is unconstitutional as it violates California's charter city laws. So Democrtas have technically lost at both levels.
