Hi Im Silk

Some of you may know me many will not.

Im opening a thread here tonight ( Grey because its a reach - RATS would be more appropriate if it takes off) because of an event/process that has been in my life for a number of years.

This week my Father In Law passed. We had had a number of discussions regarding a project he was working on based around the use of Language. He specifically asked me over the years to avoid posting information regarding this on the internet. Why that was I wasn't sure. With his passing I think my NDA may have passed - so this is just a teaser I guess.

Im looking for members how have any information with respect to the Tavistock Institute - based in London Tavistock Institue

In particular Im looking for information pertaining to the use of word manipulation and thoughts.

Its a bit of a reach I know but I worked with him over a few years on a homegrown project that was intended to - we he said build a "cosmic tour" or "cruise"based upon a group of subscribers.

This took the form of a large number of word associations and images.

Just interested if anyone else has come across this organisation and any information to be had ?

When I read that name I was sure I had seen it before, probably on ATS....here is a link to amazon, www.amazon.com... , very interesting stuff your father in law was in to..

I'm curious why you asked the members to look this up for you, the link you provided gave me a clue, so I typed this in to Google - " the tavistock institute word manipulation and thoughts ", try it , there are other links there that may have info for you....

Thank for the reply - Im old school IT so google (LOOL it was ALta Vista in my day) Is my friend.

Before all the politics rubbish - ATS was a Primary Source for information that wasn't to be found on the Web - im an ex Mod and ex ATS Live so there you have it.

What he was involved in was to be excluded from the web so I need personal thoughts - so where better to start.

I know 7/7 has no connection - I should I'm in London and the bomb in Tavistock Sq was a by chance occurance.

That's in the city - near Old Street - not sure when they moved but im working on the assumption pre 7/7

Therefore the bombing is outside the scope - also the bombing in Tavistosk Square was an accident due to how the bomber changed routes - it wasnt a target. The bombers on 7/7 were targeting Tube stations - and for the record the bomb detonated outside outside the British Medical Association 0- the opposite side of the square.
