Is this the actual vote to confirm him to the Supreme Court?

Odd...they are holding the cloture vote and Schumer just spoke, yet they just called his name to vote and he wasnt there.

Wonder what was so pressing he had to leave.

Technically speaking Bk was never charged nor does have a GD conviction for sexual assault or 'rape' or whatever else his haters pull out of their fascist rears.

It's a preliminary vote I heard.

Final voting is happening tomorrow.

No...just to stop a filibuster from happening.

Just breaking. Live now.

Looks like they are taking a first floor vote. This is just a day after the Democrats and Republicans had a chance to review Kavanaugh's speedy FBI investigation. I wasn't expecting this vote until Saturday. But here we have it folks.

If Kavanaugh is confirmed I expect a left wing melt down that will remind us of the 2016 election.

It'll be worse than the election, it already is and he's not even confirmed yet.

Flake voted Yea!

Its not a victory yet. Remember McCain and the ACA vote, he voted yes until the final vote.

I'm expecting the Leftist Authoritarian Party to go nuts for the next 24 hours.

Protests, riots, death threats.

In other words, a typical Friday/Saturday for the LAP people.

Guess Schumer just showed up....voted no...obviously. still wondering what took him out of the vote when first called on.

Bernie showed up late as well.

If you would just check your partisan-ship at the door you might have noticed that I never said he was guilty or charged or charged with a crime. Only that the allegations were not corroborated due to limited investigation put on as a show for the "undecided" GOP members by the White House.

Hope I wasn't 'premature'.

Anyone keeping count?

Why are all these people late?

Well, the Chinese lapdog Feinstein shouldn't have sat on the report for 6 weeks then.

Go bitch at her!

In Mandarin, so she'll understand.
