Hang in their and kudos for sharing, usually the more difficult bit.

Hobbies, social interaction and exercise can all do wonders, it's about releasing endorphins beneficial to your mood. But I'm guessing you already knew that.

Take your time, focus on getting better not better in a sense that you're bad but in the sense of building yourself back up, step by step, piece by piece.

Learning is a great distraction

Good luck fighting the urge to laugh. I haven't had a good laugh in decades- and this had me (no, not kidding) falling out of my chair, doubled over, screaming with laughter until tears were running down my face, wheezing. I had to stop the video several times just so I could *see* the screen.

There's a big shortage of truck drivers...get your CDL. Anyone can drive a truck nowadays most of them have automatic transmissions. And most have refrigerators and inverters ( for microwaves and stuff ). You will always have a home. And you will make decent money 40-50k
