oh let me tell you something, they test things at Whibey Island or however you spell and for that guy to think he know's what's on that base is complete and utter BS

oh, I've been all over the base blah blah blah

well guess what, the military does all kinds of testing there and I know from personal and experience guess what, you nothing unless you're suppose to know

The thing that looks like a rocket at atop a flame would have been a 'ghost image' of the part of the helicopter that was exposed from spill-over from its running lights and the low available light in the environment. This can look nothing like the actual object as the long exposure and how the light plays on the object can result in strange and often elongated shapes—in this case, something like a ghostly image of a rocket.

You'll notice I didn't use the "news source" Quotes because this isn't a news source or anything official, it's just a blog.

And even then they are asking us to believe it is something they can't explain .

So to summarize, some guy on the internet shares your opinion, can't prove it's wrong and can't tell you what it really is.

Deny ignorance!

the guy is full of it. the military conducts testing in a very compartmentalized fashion and they are good at it and they test things there I can promise you that

c. 1200, "mild, well-mannered," Old English gedæfte "gentle, becoming," from Proto-Germanic *gadaftjaz (source also of Old English daeftan "to put in order, arrange," gedafen "suitable;" Gothic gadaban "to be fit"), perhaps from PIE *dhabh- "to fit together"

Quit playing daft, because I'm not.
Keep going you manipulator.
Same link: you cut it out.
www.etymonline.com...

Sense deteriorated to "dull, awkward, uncouth, boorish" (c. 1300), perhaps via the notion of "humble." Further evolution to "foolish, simple, stupid" (mid-15c.) and "crazy" (1530s) probably was influenced by analogy with daffe "halfwit, fool, idiot" (see daffy); the whole group probably has a common origin.

Please stop attacking each other personally. We don't want the thread closed.

The plane in that aircraft picture that's "targeted" looks like a civilian aircraft, a Lear or Gulfstream. Maybe Zaphod will weigh in.

Ok, this breaks all the rules of ATS, calling people stupid is uncalled for, I demand Q be banned from this place
