Tadpoles [Frogs] are not completing metamorphosis / Thyroxine & Human affects

No loaded with food [algae] is only on surface of rocks. NO STRING ALGAE and Water Lilly's in excellent shape with blooms and water was not treated with any chemical since last September 2017. Water is clear, no color. Pump runs 24 / 7.

The serious thing is they are not morfing in a controlled lab, actually multiple labs under my bros direction and each lab obtained Frogs from different locations separated by 100s of miles!

Now I have had these tiny 1" diameter size frogs morf in the pond this spring and they are still hanging around. I will take pic and post it later.
