netflix has been putting out a lot of specials but about 80% of them are #.
i love stand up and there is a lot of good stuff out there but you have to wade through some crap.

of course we all know carlin, pryor, murphy.. the greats of course.

what about some newer stuff?

i watched chris d'elia's man on fire last night.
that dude is funny as hell.

i dismissed him because he was on the roast of justin beiber and they said he was justins favorite comedian so i just dismissed him.
well i watched last night and im glad i did. #ing hilarious.

i love rogan. his new one triggered is good.

another on netflix is doug stanhope's beer hall putsch. funny man. that dude takes it to the edge.

christina p's mother inferior was pretty damn good.

i have to say though bryan callen might be my current favorite. he is about to film his special and i think(could be wrong) amazon already bought it.

and get ready folks but good ole uncle joey. good ole joey karate is about to film his too. 'immigrant mentality' with joe rogan directing.

going to be the best ever.
when uncle joey starts firing off its the best

who/what are some of your favs?

this is the #

www.imdb.com...

gonna watch it again right now

Wanda Sykes cracks me up. Lisa Lampanelli is another one.
Ralphie May, he makes me laugh. Louis Anderson also.

Saw Rodney Dangerfield and Sam Kinison live. Both were exceptional. Both are no longer alive.

And of course, Gallagher.

Stand up was King in the 80's. Even the small town a few miles from where I am had a comedy club back then. Lots of people played there. Most were really funny. None, that I remember, became famous.

Lil' Jimmy Norton. Probably because I spent years listening to him in the third chair for O&A, but he really makes me laugh.

Putting on my flame suit.

Back in the day I thought Kevin James' special was the funniest thing on earth. Watched it on Comedy Central all the time.

Then came King of Queens, and his association with the Adam Sandler crew, Paul Mall Cop or whatever.

At least I know he was funny at one point in his career before becoming a hack sellout.

I haven't seen my personal favorite mentioned yet. Greg Giraldo was amazing. He was an epic roast master but also brought his A game to the shows with smaller crowds as well. Always witty and fearless.

Hands down Ralphie May! The dude was a living legend. Every joke was funny. He knew how to work his audience and behind the scenes he was very down to earth and friendly.
