This is what I was thinking as well, sort of. Another poster mentioned a rise in ocean levels in Africa correlating with a recession in South America.
No way to verify that but if that was the case, an image of the earth wobbling comes to mind. It could be solar, but what if earth entered into a
different area in space and something in this area has some feature that knocks the earth around.
That said, the idea of gravitational weapons does not seem far fetched to me as I firmly believe the tech released to the public is far behind what is
actually out there. Either way, cool subject OP. Even if it's just a weather phenominon, pretty cool and scary!
