Why isn't anyone asking WHY these people want to do these killings? What changed? Guns have been ubiquitous for hundreds of years. Bullying has been around forever. Why has this suddenly started to happen? Why always here and not in other countries where guns are plentiful? Until we get to the bottom of the cause we will fix nothing. And lying to ourselves that banning certain guns will stop it just further kicks the can down the road.

I’ve seen this on ATS fairly often though. If they can’t come up with a good counter argument, they just reply with something like, “well, you’re a big poo-poo head”.

It's more widespread due to over-excessive coddling and lack of discipline. 99.9% of the people here over the age of 35 were most likely bullied in school and were taught by their parents/legal guardians how to deal with it and not to let it affect their lives. Social media was also non-existent.
