Noo!
We don't need more cards!
Allhallowtide (is it wrote like that?) is already commercialised, I mean as a kid I loved the holiday but at the same time I found out little to
nothing about it.
I honestly thought it was about scaring sweets out of adults.
Is it Roman, Pagan, Christian?
No, it's commercialised!
I apologise, it's an intriguing holiday... It's for the kids now and adults wanting to be kids again, horror movies are good too. It's all good with
me, I won't send cards though.
Sorry.
On the eve of the day,
When the dead may play.
Don't hold any fear,
for their souls may not stay.
Remember the trees,
and that cold hallowed breeze.
For these are the signs,
for the days like these.
For the plants and trees may wither and die,
but don't shed a tear and don't cry as to why.
Rejoice and celebrate!
For this is the date.
We may see the dead and Spring we await.
Yeah...
I'm not much of a poet, just figured why not... I already boo'd your Halloween cards idea, it's the least I could do.
Enjoy the bountiful harvest!
Winter awaits...
