I will play along - Tom Jones or Elton John. No specific reason for these picks.

Thanks to Baby Boomers, we now have a huge number of "celebrities," many of whom are getting old enough to die from simple causes like old age. The tricky part about selecting your Dead Pool candidates is that of course everybody expects the old and infirm to die, but what about those younger celebrities who seem to be in good health? It's hard to predict who is going to die in a car crash or from a drug overdose or suicide. Those are obviously more impressive to guess.

So you either go with the obvious, like Steven Tyler from Aerosmith (cancelling tour dates due to bad health), Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bob Newhart, any of the ex-Presidents except maybe Obama, Elton John, John Travolta, Harrison Ford, etc. Or you can go the accidental death / suicide route and guess people like Jay-Z, Katy Perry, The Rock, Justin Timberlake, Drake, Beyonce, etc.

Death don't play favorites.
