Iv'e heard alot of junk about ppl being able 2 berathe water.. IS this 4 real? U know i mean liek do teh Navy Seals adn Marines and evry1 use higly oxygenated water to breathe instead of air??? ... they must have really strong lungs.

actualy you can breath liquids. they're called perfluorocarbons. here are a few links for you...

Scientists have gotton a rat to breath a liquid, I also think that they have gotton a baby to breath liquid too. Also while still in our mothers we breath a liquid. So Tassadar was on the right track.

Liquid breathing is used in the medical field right now. It is used for people with failing hearts and babies with lung problems.

Y would they use it on ppl w/ lung problems? Wouldn't liquids be harder 2 breathe than air?
