Would cellphone do it? Or landline maybe. I've had people driving by before talking on phone and its bleed over to my computer before but that hasn't happened in very, very, long time.

That would have been with analog telephones, before they were encrypted. Oh, the fun some people had with multi-frequency scanners.

I used to hear voices on my headphones connected to my PC. It was my neighbor up the road who had a ham radio. Really quite obvious with the high antennae. There is the story of two students who were on separate floors in a student dorm. One was a HAM radio enthusiast and used the aluminum frames of his windows as an antennae. His friend upstairs was frightened out of his wits when he heard voices on his boombox even though it wasn't plugged in.

most probably it is coming from ads or NSA has a surveillance in your house.

You might want to do a full antivirus and malware scan.

Also, in future if this happens, you can mute the tabs in your browser to see if it cuts off the sound.
