Arpaio is a hypocrite who broke the law. No, he shouldn't pardon that scuzzball, but because his base love the idea of abusing criminals Trump has pardoned him. Trump is desperate right now to try and keep hold of his base.

Trump is also revealing that he's willing to use his pardon power to obstruct justice and bypass the judicial process. He's emboldening his cronies to ignore and defy federal court orders........no worries of the consequences, Trump will pardon them. We'll se just how blatant this tactic gets as Meuller puts the squeeze on!
