In the beginning there was 'nothing' - zero!
Zero is no things.

There is an assumption that there are 'things'. 'Things' is concepting - so 'thing' is an alien concept.

In the beginning there was nothing and then there was light. Is there light appearing?
This image that is appearing presently is made of light - it is not made of things.

Just like the tv screen - it is one image of light - the light is then divided into 'things' - but really there is just what is appearing plus the idea of a separate thing seeing the light - it is this idea of a separate thing knowing the light which creates the impression that there is any thing at all.

Um, yeah.

Zero, is not nothing, nor is it something.

It is certainly however not to be identified with whats called "nihilism", which always produces minds that are governed by all sorts of "ones" i.e. signs which attract and pull them in.

Rather, the circle is a functional loop. Read Jakob Von Uexkull for an important idea of the functional loop, with perception at one end, action at the end, and affect, or feeling, flowing between them.

Everything that exists exists because of a functional loop, yet it is not nothing, nor is it, in the final analysis, something.

There is only one thing - the Universe. The term "nondualism" fails to capture this, as it makes it sound like knowing/discriminating isn't paradoxically required to sense the eternity/mutability of the world we encounter.

zero factorial is equal to 1

!0=1

It is something even if just an empty set.

Exactly .. In the beginning there was NOTHING and than there was Light. What were we before Light-? Hopefully we can address that properly this time!

But what is light but a wave of 'things' being emitted or reflected by some other 'thing' ?
