Keep a eye out around Japan. According to the aviationist there is a Cobra Ball and Constant Phoenix lurking about in anticipation of NK's next test

I wouldn't count on them showing up. Constant Phoenix rarely shows up, and Cobra Ball on a mission will drop off almost as soon as they're airborne.
