And from this point forward it shall forever be known as " Tomato Seasoning ".

The Heinz parent company, Diplomat, tried to argue that their proportions of tomato concentrate were acceptable according to American and European ketchup standards. At that point, the Israeli health ministry got involved and insisted that Heinz must change their labels from “ketchup” to “tomato seasoning” if they want to continue selling their popular product in the country.

www.healthnutnews.com...

Why the title in the article I don't know, I didn't write it.
The dispute was over labeling and content.

Either way here's looking at you.. Horse Face Ketchup Monster (John Kerry ).

They want to use any law they can on top of the Kosher Tax to favour locally produced sauce. You got to hand it to the Israeli's - who wants competition!!!!!!

First of all , there is no tax involved.
Secondly, I suspect it is a direct jab at John Kerry as the man is a complete ass.

And just the fact that it sent you guys off into a tizzy, well............
