One of our members raised an important question in another thread. Could a investigation into Lynch for obstruction of justice lead to nullifying all the immunity deals from the Clinton investigation?

If it can be established that the deals were offered in order to obstruct justice, then I'd think this should be possible.

ETA: Even a verdict of "not guilty" can be set aside if it can be proved that the defendant bribed/threatened the jury to acquit him.

Anytime immunity is given there are usually caveats attached to it. The person must cooperate with the investigation and must be truthful. If a person who receive immunity fails to cooperate or lies / omits something their immunity can be voided and they can be prosecuted.

Breaking news: Wet Works jobs are on the rise... Demand for people to fill these positions are at an all time high!!

On a serious note I see a late night robbery in her future...You know the kind where they walk up, shoot you a few times in the back and take nothing of value...

I don't think so. I think it's too high profile.

I know the anti-clinton porn is juicy but what I want to know if the Democrats are so incompetent how is it that the Clinton's get way with murder so often? Is the Republican justice department incompetent or complicit?

Same thing with Soros. If he's so powerful how come all the liberals have been vanquished from government?

You guys can't argue it both ways.

After the 2016 election the liberal Democrats are really no longer a threat. Republicans control all 3 branches of government. It's not like 2017 or even 2018 things are going to get better for the Dems. The gerrymandering after the 2010 census guarentees a Republican majority in the House for a long time.

Nothing will come of it.

Much of our justice system today seems to be to closely aligned to what the public has a taste for. And with the public's "voice" being the MSM, I just don't see there being a big enough clamor for it.

Sad, but probably true.

They will find her Lynched.

Well, if enough people think she might have an accident or commit suicide, it may be too risky for her to have an accident or commit suicide. We at ATS may be helping to protect her from having a nasty accident or deciding to shoot herself six times in the head.

If a person who receive immunity fails to cooperate or lies / omits something their immunity can be voided and they can be prosecuted.

Has there ever been any follow up on Paul Combetta?

He falls under this category.

Also, has Bryan Pagliano ever faced any consequences for failing to adhere to a congressional subpoena?

LYNCH LYNCHED
No.
That would be too sensational a headline for a 'suicide'.
They'll choose something more mundane.

What Comey specifically said about Lynch is very damning. The request for him to use "matter" instead of "investigation" is interesting, but not a bombshell.

What he said about the tarmac meeting and his decision to come out to the public the way he did is much more telling.

Something happened or was said in the meeting that really concerned him. I have to wonder if that is being investigated.

As far as her being "suicided", I doubt it. That conspiracy about Clinton "body counts" is ridiculous.

there was talk of the CVR recording of the infamous Clinton/Lynch tarmac meeting. Apparently the plane would have captured the audio, so it's possible a recording does exist.

So, Comey totally threw Lynch under the bus, announced the reopening of investigation of Clinton right before election, and brought up collusion between DOJ and Clinton campaign yesterday. It's almost looking as if comey and trump are colluding to force a new Clinton investigation.

They haven't used the hairdryer accident that much anymore. They come with GFI's built on or the outlets need to be GFI in bathrooms. Everything is getting cordless nowadays, it keeps getting harder and harder to stage an accident. You probably need special training for doing fake suicides now in this technologically advanced society.

Why did Comey not do what was right when Lynch conspired?

The whole system is bogus, Comey-Clinton and Lynch should be in prison. But anyone reading this want to guess who gets prison time?

Trump??

They could still go with the 'Hairspray Caught Fire From The Blowdryer' scenario...or ol' '#38', as the pros call it.

I tell you what, she may be looking to move somewhere away from the Clintons as she was very cozy in her Role of the Justice department obstructing justice and sharing information with the Husband of a Presidential candidate that also was under investigation.

I am sure she most be crapping her panties.
