Palestinian Media Watch presented a report in the Knesset this week detailing ongoing officially-taught hatred of Jews and Israel in the Palestinian Authority.

The report, entitled "Kill a Jew - Go To Heaven," documents the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) ideology of hatred of Jews and Israel that is currently being taught in its schools and on its media. The report shows how the PA leadership mandates the killing of Jews - up to and including genocide - as a religious obligation.

The report notes, "The murder of Jews is presented not only as beneficial to Muslims and Arabs, but as necessary for all humankind... These findings are based on a thorough study and analysis of eight years of official PA television and PA-controlled daily newspapers. This report documents how this hate ideology has been taught consistently for years, well before the war started in September 2000, and continues even after the death of Yassir Arafat."

At the Knesset briefing to a group of 80 ambassadors and diplomats, Palestinian Media Watch Director Itamar Marcus presented many examples from the PA-controlled print and broadcast media, including numerous video excerpts. He showed the systematic way in which this hatred of Jews is promoted by the PA's religious, political and academic elites, and is taught via cultural, educational, religious and even entertainment frameworks.

Marcus and Associate Director Barbara Crook authored the report. Minister of Diaspora Affairs Natan Sharansky requested the special presentation that Marcus gave the diplomats.

Minister Sharansky, together with Marcus, also presented “Kill a Jew - Go to Heaven” to the media this week in two separate press conferences.

There's no doubt at all that the Palestinians, and Muslims at large, would do a happy dance if Israel and every Jew was wiped off the face of the earth. They have their own reasons, some of which are valid, most of which are not.

However, the hate and loathing are not one sided. Strike up a conversation with the average Jewish settler and see what kind of bigotry and racism you uncover.

For that matter, talk to a Huttu about a Tutsi. Talk to a Puerto Rican about Mexicans, or talk to Mexicans about Dominicans. Talk to New Yorkers about Chicagoans. Do you see my point?

There really is no limit to the hate. Isolating one group and ignoring the rest is simple foolishness.

Every religion has your right-wing extremist nuts/evangelicals, islam is no different and christianity has these types as well.

That's a sweeping statement - sources? I must agree that there are extremes in all religions and hatred between groups isn't unique with islam.

I think saying Islam was founded to kill Jews is a bit of a stretch. In fact in Spain during the Inquisition Jews fled Catholic controlled areas to live with the Muslim Moors. The Jew/Muslim problem didn't really become acute until the founding of Israel.

A US soldier says that he gets relief and satisfaction by killing
terrorists who murder and rape and beat women. Totally
understandable.

Whereas you have a bunch of people (Palestinians) who are
being taught that they can go to heaven by murdering any and
all Jews - be they pregnant women, babies, children, doctors,
whatever.

No, it's educating people and taking a hard look at something
that people don't want to see. A person can't smash the hate
boulder .. it has to be chipped away at, and opening wide for

A left wing evil: Communism. Communism is the typical Left Wing ideology pushed to it's end.they refuse to put Democrat in the definition, lol (def:democrat: A political party that believes in more government involvement in spending and the advancement of social wellfare. Looking at these 2 diffrent structures, you see that these two are VERY much alike it's because it was never JUST left and right laid out flat, it's a band that meets on 2 sides, and the end we generally encounter is end that produces Republicans and Democrats. The other end, where they do meet is the Communist/Fascist end.

People, this is NOT about religion nor is it about left and right winged movements. This is about extremists trying to control a large body of people by spewing a lot of utter crap. There are Christian extremists out there that are MOST DEFINATELY liberal. I deal with too mnay of their people on a regular basis.

Here is what they say about themselves:

Seems that is one of those "our god is better then your god cause we say so, please convert" sites.
I would triple check any info on that site before I believe it.

It might shock you to learn that US servicemen account for an more than their equal share of the rapists in the world muslim fundamentalists. US servicemen also beat their wives, more than average guys even. US servicemen do all the things other men the world over do, good and bad. You're taking one group and calling them murderers, rapists, woman beaters, and using that to justify their death by high calibre bullet. You're not thinking clearly, because that applies to EVERY GROUP. Logic, use it and you'd end up shooting everybody. See, by your 'logic' the terrorists should feel happy for killing the murdering, rapist, wife beating Americans. The truth is nobody should feel good about killing others. Hmmm. Gotta argue that. My understanding - Christianity grew out of Judaism to break the institutionalization of the religion - then Islam emerged for the same reason - then the B'ahai's for the same reason after that....

There are manipulators who coopt and appropriate every group/organization/religion that people create - try to make it an institution, and 'direct' peoples' thoughts and actions via that 'authority.' ....Can't blame the group or religion - go after the background manipulators.
