Today in Things Jimmy John’s Never Imagined It Would Officially Deny in a Press Statement: There’s a picture going around the internet this week of an angler posing buck naked on top of a shark he’s just killed. Your guess why is as good as any, but the image went viral after conservationist Anneka Svenska tweeted out a call to locate this mystery man and ask him what’s funny about “humiliating slaughtered animals.”

Ha! I saw this last night...got so much traction that the University of Florida's football coach fielded the question of whether it was him (Jim McElwhan) or not during a presser...whoever it is, they'll never live this one down.

Why is this considered odd behavior? It's not like he's the first person to hump a dead shark.

Not that I would ever do that. And I certainly did not do that last Tuesday off the coast of Belmar.

Did you show the delivery guy the shark pic? Its a delivery place right? I havent yet eatsn there but i think they have a few around here somewhere in western washington.

Maybe he was just a little drunk, happened to slip and fall, and his buddy, seeing how he landed on the shark in an...awkward...position, snaps a pic, just in time to catch ol jimmy loling at his own "slip"up...

But yeah, i would still be saying "nope that isn't me!" and I would make sure I have a real airtight alibi.
