I believe the OP's article shows the space freighter "Cygnus", which spent the last several days maneuvering into position for the ISS grappling arms, so it can be unloaded...

...hopefully Scott Waring will be apprised of this info - otherwise he is likely to treat us to blurry shots of the freighter's return trip -

- and panicked cries along the lines of 'second UFO heralds alien armada!!'


Sorry, links are really hard for me, and it's late, and my eyes are blurry - but I promise, googling 'Cygnus freighter arrives at Space Station', will bring up real news..

"Partially cloaked" ? Sounds like a load of bull to me. I'm not an alien denier, I'm 50/50 (I've seen a "UFO"), but that kind of non-sense certainly doesn't help UFO research.
