Plasma Field (UFO) Caught In Sky Solar Sheild Testing

I could imagine these could be atmospheric or space tests. Say dropping a long wire or sheet of metal or rod through the atmosphere. Some test showed a metal wire released from a shuttle or something heated up and may have exploded. Consistent with electrical or magnetic theories. If you dropped say metal or alloy or whatever, this may be the effect I can think. maybe skimming across the top of our atmosphere riding solar wind or wind or something.

This is obviously something I can't detail as I am not a expert but have looked into such experiments and would think this could be plausible. Anyone else or is a expert going to tell me nah.
