Well, I went to the gym last night, but I just didn't have the energy to run

. I swam some laps in the pool, and when I woke up this morning I had
the same runny nose symptoms, but I've been extremely exhausted the whole day. That kind of...sick exhausted where you can't even walk haha. Who
knows, maybe it would have been even worse had I not exercised! Thanks for the advice though.
