After having a heart attack several months ago and being given lots of med tinners and stations, my stomach stopped cold. I've tried tons of scripts-seen drs/had a colonoscopy-still the same. Specialists-nothing. This is a nightmare. I am diabetic but that doesnt seem to be the spoken problem.

I am literally living a nigtmare:severe stomach pains-no results-drink tons and tons of water. Definitely at a loss-they blame the new meds-well i need those to live but my life for months is just a living hell. No answers from anyone. My intestines just won't work. Any answers?
My insulin isn't working-it's just crazy. Any ideas?

Explore this, and see if it's a match. I had it once, and thankfully, it was transient, lasting for four months. It was the worse four months I've ever experienced. (I'm not diabetic, but I KNOW this was caused by some medication I was taking.)

Please look into Gastroparisis. I know I'm not spelling it right. It can be common for diabetics. Also look into FODMAP diet.
As to the OP, when throwing up and diarrhea you do NOT want to stop it because it's your body trying to get rid of something bad. I suggest ginger tea or green tea.

I've battled gastro symptoms on and off most my life. So do alarming numbers of the public current day.
It could be a variety of things. Anything from food intolerances/allergic, to auto immune problems, hiatal hernias etc...

I'm no doctor but my own personal experiences and experiences of many others seems to be often stomach problems, bloating, nausea, acid reflux, indigestion etc.. All are interconnected and often brought on by something in the diet that disagrees with you, or overeating in general.

If I were you I would rule out the serious stuff If the problems persists, i.e- screening for celiac disease, chrons disease, MRI's to take a look at your abdominal region.

And then embark on some trial and error. Keep a food journal, and make note of how you feel after you eat certain foods to see if you can establish patterns.

From there, add some tweaks here and there and maybe cut out all dairy, gluten, sugar, GMO's red meats etc... Or as much as possible.

My experience cutting out dairy, processed foods sugars, gluten etc.. definitely helped alleviate my symptoms.

If you don't mind me asking what blood type are you?

If you are blood type O don't be surpised that you're having stomach problems If you are eating too much dairy, gluten or sugar, Type o's ancestory is directly traced back to the hunter's and gatherer's who only ate animal protein, vegetables and berries for the most part.

Quite simply, Type 0's do not have the digestive enzymes to break those foods down and in almost all cases it leads to problems if they eat foods they weren't designed to eat.

Hope this helped !

Thanks. I rarely have stomack disorders so i doubt it would be any of the sysmptoms you meiton. Very rarely I will start to feel a bit off and within an hour to two I am downright crook and grab a bucket and as much water as i can and tell other people to stay away from the toilet.

Besides the spewing from both ends often at once, I stomack feels very sore and I aache and hurt all over and cannot sleep. i am often to within a seconds or a minute so of calling for an ambulance but something will move in my stomach and I'll leave for a few more minutes, then a few more and then I'll know I've turned a corner.

I'll feel sick and groggy for a day or so then after a good nights sleep i'll be as right as rain.

What I am trying to do is to find something to stop the spewing form both ends, my stomach from hurting from a bloating type pain and some drink I can keep on hand that will eanble me to keep my electrolytes up.

thanks
