I think they are Coptic Christian lol. But the clothes would be shiny and flashier if they were any kind of Christian and there would be crosses somewhere, so they probably some kind of Islam. Thats funny chant, I think they are saying God Bless something or other, but it sounds so funny i cant stop laughing. Sounds like gaggle of geese

I know a bad acid trip when I see one, It's very impressive that they all shared(apparently) the same mass hallucination/theme of their trip.
