As to the OP im not surprised, after all our gov gunruns to Mexico remember? Nothings ever done about any of it.

I was going to go off about how stupid this topic was, but then I saw it started last year. Interestingly enough the last episode of "Elementary" had this has the key plot (which is why I thought it was stupid to have a thread about it, until I saw that this came first)

It would make sense though if they were using money confiscated in one operation to help quick fund other operations, but if the show was anything like real life then the dangers lie in the oversite of these funds.
