My multi-feature Resident Evil Trilogy set still has her name listed as Milla Jovovich which is exactly how it's listed on her wiki page, and on her IMDB page as well.

Double L in Milla, and Jovo.

Clearly someone went back and changed the positioning of the C and V and we don't realize only the guys who are making the typo are aware, the Matrix has us.

Damn it! I knew I was going to forget which pill was which!

Red? Blue? Who has the time to keep these things straight?

Edit: They must have gone back and changed Gools' post here back in 09 too!

Oddly enough, I can't seem to find any of the old posts regarding the Milla/MKUltra/ProjectMonarch allegations that used to float around.

It has always been Milla Jovovich. Why would there be another universe dedicated to purposely misspelling her name?

Editors make spelling mistakes ALL THE TIME. Hence the existence of spell check.

Well if the universe is infinite the probability of having another earth exactly the same where just her name is misspelled is infinite... Just saying

Simple mistake. Common mistake. Not ME.

Bummer. And here I was thinking Leeloo had a big badaboom with Mandela.

I blame this whole ME nonsense on higher doses of fluoride and pharmaceuticals in the drinking water.

All,

I just want to follow up by thanking you for your righteous efforts. I just checked the dailymail article around 1030pm Mountain time and found that the name has been restored to the original and correct "Milla Jovovich." Take tomorrow off, and have a beer on me.

In honor of our collective success, I'm going to figure out how to post screen grabs of the original "Jocovich" from the dailymail article. I am getting the impression I'll have to use my laptop for that.

She should spell her name H...O...T...T...I...E.

And she keeps getting better looking as she gets older.

Her last name is Serbian. I'd wager many people can say it correctly upon hearing it, but not spell it right, unless familiar with and or in Eastern Europe.

To be fair here, DMail misspells the most simple of words. Employees don't have spellcheck on their browsers? You'd think they turn out articles with more substance as it is, correct spelling of the names celebrities they are usually paid to write about all the time, should not be an issue. Then again it's tabloid-like, clicky and gotta get it out there as fast as possible.
