Its racial discrimination to exclude legally qualified workers based on their country of origin. Its always been illegal. Why the uproar here?

ETA: ill again point out: everify. Its a tool provided by the federal government that allows you to have a 100% risk free verification of work status. They give you the tool to verify the applicant is not "illegal", and prevent civil rights action. You just have to take the 5 minutes to use it.
