Its good i used to favor bourbon and i find the scotch to be less nauseating

Maybe its my age but i am more of a bourbon man that scotch. Dont get me wrong pour me a drink and you wont hear me complain.

I had a couple bottles of Knockando sent from the UK for tonight. I was heartbroken when they stopped selling it in the US years ago. I pay for the shipping but its worth it...

Bourbon and Scotch are mainly male drinks lol. I can't just drink a 'scotch on the rocks' or a 'neat bourbon'.

I like a shot of chilled SOCO or a Tanquerey gin and soda.

I like a good bourbon now and then too. But I got hooked on single malt cask strength scotch and that was it. If you feel like splurging some time try Cadenhead branded scotch from whatever your favorite distillery is. Its the best of the best at cask strength for Cadenhead or they dont put their name on it. Very nice. Expensive, but nice.

one of my favorites i hadnt had in many years was a phillipine bottle called generosa and its been some years since they stopped making it. Its a funny story i thought it was very high end and one day my wife tells me it cost less than a dollar for a liter lol

I've never tasted shoe polish but if I had a guess it would taste like scotch.

Price doesn't always equate to quality. In every blind taste test even the experts manage to get one very low end brand in the top three nearly every time. If you like it, drink it. The cost is what it is. :-)
