Mexican Revenue authorities have filled out officially an investigation for illegal maneuvers of Donald Trump in Tijuana, Baja California, related to his resorts scam scandal from 2006 to 2009, through which he has evaded around 32 millions of dollars in Federal Taxes to that country.

La Jornada News paper: A Mexican government official filed a federal criminal tax fraud complaint Friday against Donald Trump in Tijuana, Mexico, related to Trump Ocean Resort, a real estate project that folded in 2009.

Jaime Martínez Veloz, a former member of Mexico’s Congress who is now a mid-level official with the Mexican federal government, also sent a letter to the mayor of Tijuana, asking city hall to determine if any local regulations were violated by the failed development.

Martínez filed the criminal complaint as a private citizen. Under the Mexican legal system, private criminal complaints are filed directly to prosecutors, not to the police.

This bomb is what Donald Trump has been smartly hidden from the public in America, the real reason for which he needs badly to be elected President of the US, and also why he is so against Mexico in all aspects.

But before the housing market and the rest of the global economy collapsed with the onset of the Bush Recession, Trump and his partners sold $32.5 million in future properties to unwitting customers since 2006 and leaving their investors in the lurch.

In addition, Donald Trump is accused of dodging an additional $32.5 million in taxes – surprise! – but has countered that he wasn’t actually involved, but that he was just “leasing” his name on the project.

The investors, however, counter that Trump’s face was on the brochure and quoted him as saying it would be “the most spectacular place in all of Mexico.”

Bipartisan Report: Right now, Donald Trump wants to build a wall along the Mexican border. Before that, though, he was building beachside condos in Mexico. Like his U.S. properties, Trump’s Mexican investments had a bad habit of going bankrupt and Trump, as usual, did his best to avoid paying taxes. Now it looks like his past is finally catching up him as Mexican citizen has filed a tax fraud complaint against the GOP nominee.

In his complaint, Martinez alleges that Trump and his partners, Irongate Wilshire and Mexican company P.B. Impulsores, collected $32.5 million from customers before abandoning the project in 2009 due to the financial crash. Martinez alleges that Trump never paid any taxes on the $32.5 million.

Despite there being multiple parties involved in the development, Martinez singles out Trump, in particular, arguing that the project’s slow start “by Mr. Donald Trump against the Mexican state because beyond defrauding investors he also committed fraud by not paying taxes in Mexico for the mercantile operations he took part in.”

We do not know how much, if any, of the $32.5 million Trump received from the project, but we do know that his partners agreed to return $7.25 million to the purchasers.

This may sound ironic to you, but for what it is the current situation in Mexico I think they are probably less scared of that wall than what you believe, after all it might cut possibly the already extremely low flow of illegals through the border, but by sure it may prevent the giant flow of automatic weapons from American arm traders to the drug cartiers of that country, the ones that have been used to kill thousands of honest Mexicans there.

Now, coming back again to Taxes, It is not just Mexico, Mr Trump has a lot to hid to the way he has not been paying taxes in America for around two decades.

Every major presidential candidate since 1976 has released their tax returns, but that run appears to be coming to an end. Trump has remained vigilant in his refusal to release his returns, citing a current audit by the IRS. Despite an IRS audit not legally blocking the #Republican nominee from making his financial information public, Trump continues to keep them from the American people.

I think you are quite wrong, if Mexico decides to change their policies to fight the Narco traffic mafias in its territory, in case our bilateral relations become messed by an irresponsible person in the white house, we are going to have an exponential increment of the violence in the streets here in America, criminality would reach levels that will make life almost impossible in the great metropolis of the country.

It is the human sacrifice of thousands of policemen, soldiers, judges, prosecutors dead in Mexico,as well as in Colombia and other Latin American countries in the war against Drugs what still gives us hope that we can fix in some way the hell of the Narco expanding activities in this country.

We have seen Mexico capturing in multiple occasions Chapo Guzman, a major figure in the production of Narcotics in that country, as well as Colombia did two decades ago by killing Pablo Escobar and Gonzalo Rodriguez and imprisoned the Rodriguez Orejuela brothers, but how about the Lords of the Drug Distribution in this country?

Where are the brains that control the web of drug trade in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, Houston?, they are still free and they are all very American people, no body can sell drugs in this country without their control and approval.

It's largely speculated that our Govt works closely with the drug cartels, smuggling guns has been proven. Profiting from drugs to fund CIA black Ops is very likely.

Mexico's Govt is one of the most blatantly corrupt in the world. So unless you happen to be stuck in a Tijuana prison looking for someone to pay off. No one cares about Mexico or it's taxes.

Most blatantly corrupt? I think you must open your eyes since Neither Mexico nor other decent country has ever had in position of power a person with the so impressively negative background of Donald Trump, he represents a disgrace for America, a complete discredit for our democracy.

This man has a list of fraudulent operations, scams and bankruptcies declared not only to evade taxes but to steal from providers, as well as lenders and employees that in any other country will make candidate to Jail for many years, probably even perpetual chain.

Now, also he add to his criminal background subversion, since he has a week claiming not that he will win the election but that he already have won it and so it is absurd even to celebrate an election, so he is absolutely insane. This pseudo leader has also arranged a coup d'etat against the institutions, there are militias that are going to try to trigger a civil war since he is planing to contest the election in spite of what ever millions of votes separate him of the real winner.

I feel pity for all the disoriented people that trust him, but one thing is to trust a politician and other very different to support who is willing to destroy all the institutional legal frame that Americans have built along 240 years.
