Maybe it's just me,but that J-20 has a passing resemblance to Northrop's..Umm..NATF proposal..Differences of course (smaller canards, intakes, no vectored thrust), but similar..

Kind of a mix of designs. The wing is slightly more F-22ish, but the forward body, weapons bays, and vertical fins do look a lot like it.

Which given their espionage efforts into acquiring aircraft designs of any kind from the big contractors, it makes sense that their designs would look a lot like everything we envisioned over the last 10+ years. I know there are more than a few "Chinese" concepts floating around that look rather familiar.

The next one to be showcased at Chengdu should be wildly familiar. It's unmanned, "stealth", triangular and looks a lot like a mix of something the navy has and something we lost recently.
