Is this real moresecode and if so what does it say (unknown origin)

I noticed a whole lot of four or five times
12 then pause and long 1 then 12 again, in a row. 111111111111 _1_ 111111111111 and so on. Sometimes it's 13 sometimes 11 from what I could tell. And at some point it's about just 4 and the _1_ is different I reckon.
Is this just random or is there some message here? I have no clue myself.

Beware that the audio is quite sharp sounding and possibly very loud, so lower volume etc before opening just to be safe.

Sounds like a data transmission of some sort. Sort of like what happens if you rename a .jpg to a .wav and manage to get the audio to play. Anybody who loaded programs in the 8-bit era when computers would give audio cues to data transfer probably recognize that sort of pattern too. Good luck figuring out what's actually encoded though.
