At least one time a week, because it is just so healthy for me, I like to DEEP fry something. Below is a list of things that I have DEEP fried over the years.

Pork roast.
Lamb chops.
Slab Bacon.
Steak.
Hamburger.
Hotdogs.
Ribs.
Vegetables.
Lasagna.
Pizza.
Lobster.
Pie.
Sausage.
Chicken.
Turkey.
Ham.
Bologna.
Cheese.
Cheesecake.

I have a special sauce I make with sour cream and jalapeños that I use to coat some of these, then I roll them in Italian bread crumbs and chill before DEEP frying them.

Do you enjoy DEEP frying anything particular? What is your method?

I like to blacken some of these too, before I DEEP fry them, like my steak and bacon.

I, also, love garlic, so many of these get doused with garlic puree before they get DEEP fried, like my lobster and lamb chops for instance.

I will DEEP fry some of these together like the steak and lobster combo, they get blackened, garlicfied and sometimes wrapped in bacon.

Yummy Yummy in my Tummy!

Thank you for capitalizing "deep" each time you used it. Without this emphasis, I may have missed the fact that you enjoy deep frying as opposed to shallow frying.

Take a slab and score it several times, then drop it in and let it DEEP fry for about 10 minutes at about 400.

You can also rub garlic puree and blacken it first before you do!

I don't personally deep fry because I don't have the equipment for it, but that doesn't stop me from loving deep fried stuff onoccasion.

Fish, mushrooms, pickles are some of my favorites.

I like homemade frenchfries with the skins on. That is about all we eat deepfried at home.

I like to go to a fishfry and get deepfried whitefish once in a while. I also like deepfried chicken.

The corn oil in our frenchfrier lasts around nine months when we make nothing but frenchfries. If we deepfry anything else in it, it starts to give a funny taste within a month. Eight bucks for a gallon of corn oil, it should last a long time.

At least you will die happily eating all that deepfried food.
