the feat of getting to the moon is a small step for man,
the meaning of it is a giant leap for man kind.

How is it simultaneously a small step and a giant leap for mankind?

Does not compute.

So it is all based on memory.
But we all know no one can remember anything correctly.

And please I'm not arguing he didn't say a,
I'm just amazed at the lack of scientific integrity.

that's like 2 guys' memories.
he meant to say a, subconsciously he did, but his brain thought connection was not the same as his brain mouth connection..

Why then is it that millions of people remember all the same thing and that is thrown under the bus?

what you guys who have not experienced ME first hand don't understand is that you know your own memories.
It was called interview with a vampire.. We talked about that for weeks in class..

I'm merely attacking peoples varying standards on "reality" "proof" "memory"
Some people are all over the place, which can only mean bias, in this particular thread. I don't see a lack of intelligence, just myopic tendencies is all.

Little experiment...
Type "Anne Rice interview w"
or
Type "interview with "

I wish people weren't wasting so much of my energy lol.

THAT is actually a question that leads to knowing if this is memory going weird or if something else is up.

So I watched it in what 2001-2002?? And I noticed it was a different title in 2016..

But you are hitting a great point. I'm trying to have this discussion with people who have actually experienced these things because if I find enough people I might see evidence of some "nexus point" of the change..

All of my "ME" time windows are much too large save one thing.. "Jupiter Rising" That one looks really fishy like it was on purpose or maybe a copyright issue. But I was able to find involvement of edited comment sections on it's trailers and sock puppet account "comments"

I'm feeling very much like it's...

“He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past.”
― George Orwell, 1984

this is not literal, it's in the minds of the population.

Now you are being a bit arrogant. So you took a psychology class 101 and the petty adjunct professor gave you permission to call people names and describe them as myopic because they DO NOT AGREE WITH YOU?

My discussion originated by historical documentation which has been debated since 1969. It addresses the TOPIC at hand, the Mandela Effect. I have not attacked or tried to sway anyone either way......just presented the facts.

Is this 2016 or 2019? Gregorian vs. Julian Calendars........changed in the mid 16th century. Go Figure. Just try and be a little bit humble. Thank you

ease up lol.
You don't even know what it is I think. It has nothing to do with agreeing with me or not.

You totally missed the point.
I'm not being arrogant.
And no I never took psychology, I just talk like this.

In fact I called people in this thread intelligent.
A little reading comprehension goes a long way.

You may have noticed I'm playing devils advocate. I'm not actually arguing against Armstrong.
It's no fault of mine that other people rely on varying levels of what they think is proof based on their own bias depending on the topic.

That goes both ways and is VERY much on topic for this thread.
As you see we are pretty much stuck dealing with memory.

So I'll say it again.

why is armstrongs memory better than Anne Rices memory?
better than my memory?

And in case there is confusion left you are not the droid I'm looking for hahaha..
I actually enjoyed our little chat, until you just went bonkers in your last post.
Now I'm a little offended you would judge me so.

Let's change the subject.. I'm going to leave maybe dig some more food for thought up and be back maybe in the future haha.
I didn't mean any harm.

you already said "there is no physical proof Armstrong said 'a man' but I'm sure he did."
I agree, but I want to keep that same standard when we go to other areas.

that's all and it was directed not at you at all. I just responded to you as you were the only one making sense at the time.
hope that clears it up.

Has anybody tried this experiment with a clear internet cache and not logged into any google linked accounts?

Little experiment...
Type "Anne Rice interview w"
or
Type "interview with "

into google search engine.

look at the suggestions.

You're all missing the big question...

If the actors are saying lines they didn't say, that were written by writers that didn't write them, can we get a discount on our movie tickets for a movie we didn't really get to watch?

In theory I think not because that's sort of part of the game.. The changes no matter when they happen are grandfathered into the beginning of time, and some people still remember the other line..
And in that case the writers and actors all still get payed just for slightly different work.

LOL

Honestly nothing I have come up with makes any sense except the coke bottle with "we are the champions" on it the day after I watched a video that just came out where 4 actors sing "we are the champions" in the car and then all ACT or are surprised there is no ending to the song...

Doesn't that seem a bit odd?

I've deleted whole posts due to what I believe was a psychological operation.
Maybe it was just one guy, but it was definitely false "ME" but it was a crazy good fake if it was fake.. I dug into it, but it was obvisouly for nothing.. And what makes me even more miffed about it is this guy would have had to have kept this "fake data" for over a year without ever posting it, just to suddenly post it in an ME thread..

I tracked that dude all over the internet and never found that data again, but what I did find was he is one heck of an elaborate story teller..

People are missing I am arguing for and against ME.. I'm just only having those against it at the moment so my devil looks like he's for it, but I digress...

What a tangled web..

Asking questions shouldn't be a waste of time in research...

2001 is well after many people could have had started using an incorrect name.

Was the book used in class so that you remember the title being different?

It's your claim so some background would help your point.

I never said asking questions was a waste of time. I rather said the opposite.
I was thanking you for asking after wasting time going in circles because no one seemed to get the point.

I wish people weren't wasting so much of my energy lol.

THAT is actually a question that leads to knowing...

that is emphasized.. I was thanking you.

And my memory comes from having the book and movie in class.. And over and over and over in a class of 24 kids trust that you can't mix up the title in that environment.

Did you guys ever read "Romeo or Juliet" ?

the wrong title is quite jarring.
I'm honestly completely baffled that it doesn't happen to everyone, and I do wonder maybe... Maybe I died and landed here.. Then history would all be changed for me, but regular for others... I honestly have no clue except something is up.

Kind of mixed the = 2, a = 6
So it definitely leans towards a, but official is the.
A big headscratcher

Just for fun I checked the german title and it is still "einem" which suggests it is translated from "a".
Because otherwise it would have to be "dem", but it isn't.
Same in French "un", not le.

ty for conducting that little experiment.
I'm amazed something that takes two seconds can't be done by more people..
I'm also interested in the concept of "internets" not "internet"

there is something that really bugs me about this topic.
What's worse is I don't even have a clear theory..
It's like nothing makes sense.

But I do know what I know.

thanks

and yes foreign languages is what I've been trying to get across..
curiouser and curiouser no?

it's the same for snow white.. I looked at maybe 12 translations of snow white and only ONE said "magical mirror"
the rest are variants of "mirror mirror" or "little mirror little mirror" It was only in Tagalog that it said magical mirror..

Finally someone who is noticing some high strangeness.

and as far as "WHY?"

I wish I knew..
anyone who is not confused right now isn't being honest with themselves.

One starts to wonder crazy things like maybe someone who speaks english is controlling history but doesn't speak enough languages to get them all.. Luckily english is the "internet language"

that's stupid and paranoid..

what else we got?

No big NO. That's german Gebrüder Grimm and 100% Spieglein, Spieglein, so mirror mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful of them all.

Which allows us the conclusion Mandela Effect is an American.
