Yes, that makes sense. The regular army will probably get that kind of stuff only on very nasty situations, it´s not something to take on a patrol or while you do administrative work...

they cannot ban this, it's sound waves. you can get similar results just listening to the right song. everything progresses, like hockey sticks getting lighter. it's not unfair because you have and old wooden sherwood and everyone's using sticks that float into the air if they let them go. it is unfair if you're using a substance that can cause harm, because if it's allowed people would push it to far to get the edge and end up destroy their bodies, and everyone else would have to follow suit in order to keep up. this is sound though. humans have been using sound to do miraculous things since ancient Egypt, maybe before. if it's working all serious athletes should consider a pair

Do you remember that movie DRAGON - The Bruce Lee Story, and he had those electrode thingys pulsating away while he was typing on the typewriter? In 2020 they should have like a Borg Olympics and we can see just how far we can push the limit!!

Forget Borg Olympics. It is going to turn into a Borg Arena just like the Roman Empire. US is on the verge of repeat.

Oh no, it can be banned. The use of Technological Enhancement is exactly consider cheating. It is like giving a man an Iron Man suit to race against the runners. Maybe that is too much, but giving someone glasses that have an crosshair to help you aiming is still considered cheating. It is like an aim assist in real life.(Archery, and guns). They can ban this just like banning the use of cell phones in class during schools.

And yet, by the next Olympics in order to stay 'PC' they will be allowing men to run and swim against women because they identify a a woman today (since they failed to qualify as a man yesterday).

tDCA it´s not sound waves its an electric current transmitted between two electrodes flowing inside your brain.

It´s used for a variety of things, including learning behaviours, earning things, meditation, concentration, tinnitus...
