Intent is the standard used when deciding to escalate a case.

Is that what he just said?

Did she intentionally use an unsecured server?

Sounds like Comey just said he could not prove that beyond a reasonable doubt.

Yet he also said that there would be repercussions from disciplinary actions to terminations and denial of security clearence if anyone else had commited the negligence that Clinton has shown. So where is the punishment for clinton?

Yes, such things are usually handled internally. Clinton is no longer a government employee, so they can't reprimand her.

But there is not enough to make a criminal case out of it.

She is still receiving security briefings daily as a POTUS candidate.

Someone from the Obama Admin, can't remember who, already stated she would be briefed, regardless, once she is the official nominee.

But enough evidence and negligence proven for a complete denial of security clearance. Why hasn't this happened yet?

Not sure. Doesn't matter.

The President of the US does not have a security clearance. If she wins the election, if wont matter one bit.

So? Do you think they are telling her super-secret information?

It seems as though some of these speakers are only smoozing for their constituents to appear as looking out for their party interests.

So she accidently set up a server in her basement?

Yeah, I've done that too.

Accidents happen.

So they are telling us that as long as we only kill ONE person and we didn't MEAN to kill them; then it's OK?

So Comey would have us believe that FBI INVESTIGATIONS are 'democratic' !!!

Who is stupid enough to believe that ?

Unfortunately, half of the population who is about to vote for her.

Comey is off his damn rocker. I don't know how many more excuses he can make for Clinton than he has already. This is pathetic. Confidence in Comey is now lost and he should resign or be fired by whomever has the power to do so. It's completely obvious he's towing Clinton's line.

This whole thing is sickening.

The "problem" is coming from the Obama Administration and the Attorney General.

The FBI can't force an indictment or file criminal charges.

And look at the strategy......

If the FBI did recommend indictment, Comey would not be able to discuss anything.

No recommendation = full exposure of Hillary Clinton.

Yes. She is provided with classified info during those briefings.

Full disclosure? He's made excuse after excuse for Clinton. This is more than about full disclosure. I don't buy that for a bit. He's towing the Clinton line.
