You´re probably talking about the binary system.. But please define what you mean with "boolean script".

I was attempting to make a boolean true/false joke. I think I failed....

Does a double true make it true?

Every decision is Boolean. Do or don't do.

A whole new type of Area Denial Weapons is under development, to shift the paradigm of ADWs forever.
With modern technologies, guided rounds and unmanned turret stations, it is now possible to create and deploy ADWs that will target based on much more sophisticated principles then in the past.
Say goodbye to the indiscriminate mines and IEDs. Anti-NATO autonomous Area Denial Weapons are coming ...
bounding intelligent mines trained to recognize vehicles specifically from vibration, motor sound and radar/laser/IR profiles. They can be remotely turned on/off then operate independently. They will distinguish an Abrams from a T90, or a BTR-80 from a Humwee. The detector and classifier apparatus can be in a different location then the active measure or weapon to coordinate even crossfire responses to preset triggers. In anti-personnel functions, microphones are able to provide data and distinguish troops based on the language they speak.
Colonialists will die at unsustainable rate in the coming times ...

Metal Storm were doing that quite a few years ago when they were in business.

Metal Storm is only one type of projectile launcher. Nah that's just Aussies playing with fire!

What I am talking about it the separation of Area Denial Weapons in 3 parts: Sensors, Actuators and Logic
Logic can be a very advanced system to gather data from sensors, classify potential targets and steer actuators into targeting a specific enemy. In traditional mines instead these 3 parts are in the same casing. Modern warfare allows to scatter sensors to form networked sensing devices, to position actuators in key spots and to hide the logic into a safe location. This is not so much because the logic is expensive, rather that's to guarantee maximum effectiveness to the whole system/network because the enemy can't spot the logical unit and can't destroy it. Sensors can be rather cheap like a webcam or a scatterable microphone. Actuators are actual weapons dispensing projectiles (Mortar or GL) or detonating remote charges. Logic can range from complex expensive systems similar to IBM Synapse to very cheap calculators like an Arduino or Raspberri Pi. If one sensor is destroyed, others can take over. If one actuators is destroyed another can take over. All plug and play into the network, all unmanned. Logic can be replaced effortlessly to control a varying and dynamic set of sensors and actuators. Any platform will do. Farm animals, trees, walls, windows, cars, anything can hold the logic or the sensor. Actuators are a bit more difficult to disguise, because it is harder to disguise a mortar, but not impossible.
These weapons with electronic technology on them, will soon become the biggest nightmare to any colonialist attempting to invade anywhere. In the past NATO has killed anything that moves ...
Now they will deal with the worst of all enemies. NOTHING! There will be insurgency without insurgents.
NATO has put enormous efforts to prevent these technologies from spreading. Maybe not as much effort as for Nuclear Weapons, but still quite a lot. As a matter of fact an attempted NATO occupation or "prolonged stay" in Afghanistan might lead to Chinese and Russian electronics manufacturers to earn monstrous amount of money in these types of new weapons. Up to 10 years ago, IEDs were the terror weapon ... wait to see what's next ...

The problem you get when you make it digital are far worse. Just imagine some security hole (there are always some -always) being used to detonate them beforehand or similar stuff. I mean something like this happened already with governmental hard drives from china. They just need one functioning, not detonated device or a sensor to get taps on the system and develop countermeasures. After all, a system like you describe would depend on radio communication.

wait to see what's next ...

Sounds like a Northrop Grumman advertisement

Edit: all you need is some SDRs and a cheap computer and you know something´s there.

This all sounds like some dahir inshaat fantasy.
