Putting aside the crap she was saying about bombing people, she actually made a lot of sense. Advocating violence is foolish, but she is right to highlight the problem of systematic and institutional persecution. Wrong way to go about it but she did have a point.

I'm not sure speaking to a reporter is 'disturbing the peace'...but threatening to blow up people is generally a bad thing...certainly arrest-able.

I don't get it, don't they have a social app like Facebook or Face-Covered book or something over in their native countries where they can share information about what it is like here in America so that they can determine that they should just stay home instead of coming all the way to our soils to tell us they don't like it here? Why do they come to America to talk trash like this?

A day after the shooting, its just as likely or maybe more so that this is someone who hates Muslims trying to garner attention and hate towards Islam by doing this, Yeah it could be a Muslim woman But I feel the timing makes it more likely it was just some unbalanced nut that hates Islam and has reacted due to the shootings in Orlando.

Knowing what I know of the government and law enforcement here is what is going to happen:

First will be the interview with the FBI. They will talk with her, and even try to reason with her. In the mean time, her name is flagged, as will be her face and biometric information. After that, if they do release her, good chance she will be escorted back to another country, deporting her from the country, without having her stay in country and a good chance she may end up on the no fly list, where she will not be able to get on a plane and fly back into the country for a long time, as well as her name and picture flagged in the ports to be on the look out for her. Hopefully they will revoke her visa's as well.

Thats not exactly how freedom of speech works.

You are not free to threaten or incite violence.

If she were just ranting about gays possibly. However there is a distinction in the law for inciting violence.

She said something, and we should be defending her right to do so. Arresting her for that only legitimizes her claim, and makes us no better than an Islamist.

You do not have freedom to threaten harm..that comes with consequences, hope she rots in a dark hole.
And no OP this is not racist IMO. I have nothing against Muslims..my mothers husband is in fact, very nice guy who would be horrified to be associated with this woman.
